Basic Definitions
Accounts
eBay Account – is account registered on Production (Live eBay) or Sandbox (Test eBay) environment of eBay.
eBay Store – is a Store, that is related to the eBay account.
Templates
Selling Format Template – is a template that contains information about Listings types, quantity, duration and price-related data for the items, which will be listed on eBay.
Description Template – is a template that determines how the item(s) will look on eBay. It includes information about item’s title, subtitle, description and description design.
General Template – is a template that contains basic settings which are required for listing items on eBay. It includes information on Categories, which your items will be listed in; eBay Account; Shipping services; Payment methods and others.
Synchronization Template – is a template that includes Revise, Relist, Stop rules and schedules which determine automatic eBay Listing behavior.
Listings
Item – is a product, that was included in Listing with the purpose of to be listed on eBay.
Listing – is a group of items which have the same Attribute Set and were combined with the purpose of to be listed on eBay.
eBay Listing – listed item on eBay.
Multi Variation Listing – is an eBay Listing with multiple variations of one item.
3rd Party Listing – is an eBay Listing that was listed on eBay without using M2E Pro extension.
Orders
eBay Orders – purchase information based on eBay Transactions.
Magento Orders – order that is created in Magento and based on eBay Order.
