Getting Started
When you start working with M2E Pro v.3 extension at first, the Wizard is running and you are able to complete its steps:
- Cron Job Set Up
Set up a Cron Job to run every 5 minutes to enable automatic working of extension.
You can set up Cron Job using PHP or GET.
If the Cron is not set up, some processes are not automatically work (i.e. synchronization tasks, logs cleaning). - License Set Up
Specify a License Key.
The M2E Pro does not work without activation. - Marketplaces Set Up
Set up marketplaces you are going to sell on.
- eBay Accounts Set Up
Add your eBay accounts to M2E Pro extension.
- Synchronization Set Up
Set global Synchronization settings.
After the main settings were successfully set, four types of Templates should be created:
- Selling Format Template:
Navigate to eBay -> Templates -> Selling Format Templates;
Press the Add Selling Format Template button;
Fill in all necessary data;
Save the template.
- Description Template:
Navigate to eBay- > Templates -> Description Templates;
Press the Add Description Template button;
Fill in all necessary data;
Save the template.
- General Template:
Navigate to eBay -> Templates -> General Templates;
Press the Add General Template button;
Fill in all necessary data;
Save the template.
- Synchronization Template:
Navigate to eBay -> Templates -> Synchronization Templates;
Press the Add Synchronization Template button;
Fill in all necessary data;
Save the template.
Now, everything is prepared for listing items on eBay.
You can begin to create Listings and list your products:
Navigate to eBay- > Manage Listings -> Listings;
Press the Add Listing button;
Fill in all required data, add products;
Press the Save And Continue button.
Your listing is saved in eBay -> Manage Listings -> Listings grid.
View Listing page is opened.
To list the product from the Listing:
Select products you need to list;
Choose List Item(s) in the Action dropdown;
Press the Submit button.
