Under this tab, you can specify the conditions when M2E Pro should automatically revise your channel items.

Once the Revise Condition is enabled, the Module starts monitoring the changes made to this property in the relevant Policy Template and Magento Attribute set for this property in Policy Template.

Revise Conditions

The detailed description of each option can be found below:

  • Quantity - automatically revises Item Quantity, Production Time, Restock Date on Amazon when the related values are modified in Magento, Policy Template or Listing Settings accordingly. The 'QTY' option is permanently enabled in Revise Rules and cannot be switched off.

- Conditional Revise - it is strongly recommended to enable this option to prevent the excessive impact on system performance. Provide the minimal quantity value that should trigger the Item revise.

When conditional revise is disabled, M2E Pro will update even the tiniest QTY changes for the Items with the high stock levels (e.g. from 515 to 514), which are unreasonable and time-consuming. While more important changes (e.g. from 1 to 0) for another Item will be placed in a queue instead of an immediate update.

If you synchronize your Magento inventory with the suppliers' stock which is changed quite often, the enabling of conditional revise is critically important.

  • Price - automatically revises Item Price on Amazon when Product Price, Special Price or Magento Attribute used for Product Price are modified in Magento or Policy Template.

- Conditional Revise - it is strongly recommended to enable this option to prevent the excessive impact on system performance. Provide the maximum possible deviation between Magento Price (Selling Policy settings) and Amazon Item Price that can be ignored. Please, take a look at the example below:

Initial PriceMax Price deviationNew PricePrice changeAutomatic Revise
23.25$1% or 0.23$23.26$0.1$No
23.25$1% or 0.23$23.50$0.25$Yes

When conditional revise is disabled, M2E Pro will update even the tiniest changes of Item Price (e.g. from 25.25$ to 25.26$), which are unreasonable and time-consuming. While more important changes (e.g. from 1$ to 50$) for another Item will be placed in a queue instead of immediate update.

If you synchronize your Magento Prices with the suppliers' values which are changed quite often, the enabling of conditional revise is critically important.

Once the changes are detected, a product will be automatically revised. The relevant record will be added to Logs.

Note

Manual Revise updates full Item data regardless of Revise Rule settings in Synchronization Policy.

Note

Inventory Synchronization must be enabled under the Amazon > Configuration > Synchronization. Otherwise, Synchronization Rules will not take effect.
