Under eBay > Configuration > Policies, you can find all saved Policies, view/edit, delete them or add new ones.
Be careful when you edit policies, as all changes you have made will be automatically applied to all M2E listings where these policies are used. If a policy is used in M2E Listing, it cannot be deleted.
