There is no way to disable Amazon Orders Import, but you can disable Magento Orders creation in case you do not want Magento Orders be created for according Amazon order.

Product Is Listed By M2E Pro

Set 'Yes' for Create Order in Magento option if you would like to create the Magento Order for the purchases made for the Items listed on Amazon via M2E Pro.

M2E Pro will initiate an automatic retry to create a Magento Order if the initial attempt failed. There will be three recurring attempts launched at regular time intervals.

M2E Pro may try to create Magento Order again if corresponding Channel Order is updated with some changes.

Note: the mechanism of automatic retries does not cause double Orders created in Magento for the same Channel Sales imported through M2E Pro.

Select Store View where the created Magento Order should be placed in.

  • Use Store View From the Listing - Magento order will be created for the same Store View as it is provided in Listing Settings

  • Choose Store View Manually - specify which Store View should be used for Magento Order creation manually

Product Is Listed By Any Other Software

Set 'Yes' for Create Order in Magento option if you would like to create Magento Orders for the purchases made for Items which were listed to Amazon directly or using any other tool (not M2E Pro).

Set what should be done if the purchased Item was not found in your Magento Catalog. You can select from:

  • Do Not Create Order - Magento Order will not be created for such Items

  • Create Product and Order - Magento Product and Order will be created based on Amazon Order (in this case you are able to specify Product Tax Class for creation of Magento Product)

Magneto Order Number

Specify the Source for the Magento Order number

  • Magento - takes the Order Number settings from your Magento;
  • Amazon - takes the Order Number returned from Amazon

The Prefix option can be enabled if you would like the Magento Order number contains a special mark which will allow you to divide the orders by accounts, marketplaces, etc.

Quantity Reservation

This option allows you to set for how long the Item Quantity should be reserved after the purchase. You can select from 1 day to 14 days reservation period.

Reserve QTY will be used when Magento Order is created or released when the term of QTY Reservation has expired.

For example, Magento Product has QTY=10. In Account Settings, it is specified Reservation for 1 Day.
1 Item was bought on Amazon. At the moment Amazon order is created, Magento Product's QTY = 9.

Note

The reservation is required if Magento Order creation is enabled. The '1 Day' term is provided by default.

Important note

M2E Pro will reserve the Item Quantity only if both 'Manage Stock' and 'Decrease Stock When Order is Placed' options are enabled in your Magento under the Stores > Settings > Configuration > Catalog > Inventory:

Refund & Cancellation

Enable Cancel or Refund if Credit Memo is Created option if you would like your Amazon Order to be automatically canceled or refunded if Credit Memo is created in Magento Order.

In case Amazon Order has Status Unshipped and you created a Credit Memo for associated Magento Order which includes all bought Items, Amazon Order Cancellation will be run automatically.

Automatic Refund of bought Items associated to Amazon Order is available in case Amazon Order has Status Shipped. Refund action will be run only for those Items for which Credit Memos were created.

FBA Orders Settings

In this block, you can manage Stock Inventory of Products fulfilled by Amazon (FBA Orders).

Create Order in Magento - determines whether the according Magento Order should be created.

Manage Stock - determines whether the stock should be adjusted for the Magento Order creation.

  • Yes - after Magento Order Creation of FBA Order, Quantity of Product reduces in Magento.
  • No - Magento Order Creation of FBA Order does not affect Quantity of Magento Product.

Customer Settings

Specify the Customer settings for Magento Orders created by M2E Pro.

Customer – choose if you want to use existing customer or create a new one.

Guest Account – the system does not require a customer account to be created. Default guest account will be used instead.

To use this option, Magento Guest Checkout option must be enabled in Store > Settings > Configuration > Sales -> Checkout tab.

Predefined Customer – the system uses predefined customer.

A Customer ID you can find in Magento Customers > All Customers grid.

Create New – a new customer will be created in Magento.

  • Associate to Website – Website a customer account will be created for.
  • Customer Group – Customer Group a customer will be assigned to.
  • Send E-mails When The Following Is Created – allows notifying the customer when Magento Order and/or Invoice are created. Necessary emails will be sent according to Magento settings in Stores > Settings > Configuration > Sales > Sales Emails. (Hold Ctrl button, to choose more, than one option.)

Email address is a unique customer identifier in Magento system. If this buyer email address already exists in your Magento, M2E Pro will associate Channel Order with an existing Magento Customer. A new customer will not be created.

Magento Customer details will be updated appropriately if the received billing and shipping addresses, region id, Middle Name/Initial mismatch existing Magento data. This will help to keep your Customer information accurate.

Specify settings for the Billing Address Usage option:

Order Tax Settings

Provide a Tax source for the Magento Orders creation:

Amazon - Magento Order(s) uses Tax Settings from Amazon Listing(s).

Magento - Magento Order(s) uses Magento Tax Settings.

Amazon & Magento - if there are Tax Settings in Amazon Order, they are used in Magento Order(s), otherwise, Magento Tax Settings are used.

None - Amazon and Magento Tax Settings are ignored.
