M2E Pro uses a Policy-based approach. It means you can configure multiple Policy templates and use them with different product groups in M2E Pro. Prior to listing a product on the eBay site, you need to provide the following settings:
There are two ways to save your set-up preferences as a Policy:
1. Saving Listing settings as a Policy
Please complete the steps below:
When creating a new M2E Pro Listing, please click Save as New Policy under specified Listing settings, i.e. Description, Payment, Shipping, Synchronization, etc. settings.
In the opened pop-up, specify a meaningful name for your Policy.
After you click Save, the Policy will be assigned to the Listing automatically.
Tip
Created Policies can be found under eBay > Configuration > Policies.
2. Policy Creation
Please complete the following steps:
Navigate to eBay Integration > Configuration > Policies.
Click Add Policy.
Select a relevant Policy type.
Provide settings.
Save the Policy.
Customize Product Settings
Products that you added to M2E Pro Listing use the Selling, Payment, Shipping, Sync settings specified for this Listing. Yet, you can override the Listing Settings for individual Items by completing the following steps:
Go to eBay Integration > Listings > M2E Pro > selected Listing.
In the Listing grid, switch to the Settings View Mode.
Next to a Listing Product, select a relevant action from the Action menu. You can adjust the Selling, Synchronization, Payment/Shipping, eBay Category settings.
Tip
You can use the mass action menu to edit the settings for several Listing Products at the same time.
In the opened pop-up, make the required adjustments, then click Save.
The changes will be reflected in the Listing grid.
Tip
You can customize the settings for an individual product when adding the product to M2E Pro Listing.
